How did this company grow to such success? According to Nirjary, what sets them apart is their team mentality. They spend time training their team and supporting their growth. Many of the employees who work for KIS (cubed) Events now, were clients who saw that we took the time to get to know them. They invest professionally and personally in their clients and create a culture that is lifelong.
In addition, Nirjary realized there was a service void in the marketplace that she has filled and filled well. Always striving to be the trendsetter, especially with services and offerings, she added a catering component due to the lack of supply (in spite of loads of demand) and with a big dollop of creativity.
